What does a Youth Coach do?

By working in partnership with a wishfish youth coach the "MAGIC" approach to youth coaching is designed to compliment formal and informal education and learning.

It provides a way for young people to explore their own self development, enhance their awareness of citizenship and vocational work; which in turn allows further enhancement of their future employment prospects.

In an individual or group scenario a wishfish youth coach works with young people from all areas and academic abilities in the school/college/university environment. It gives them an insight in to their core skills in order to enable them to enhance the quality of not only their own lives, but of today's society.
