If there’s one thing we do know, it’s that 2021 will be different. Who knows what challenges it will bring and how the pandemic will continue to shape all of our lives?

In this uncertain climate it’s more important than ever to understand that no matter what’s going on around us, we all have choices. We can choose to find the best of the situation we’re in and continue to move forwards, or we can choose to do nothing and find ourselves stuck.

This guide is my gift to you for the New Year, in the hope that it will help you choose to pursue a compassionate existence and remain focused on what matters to you, in January 2021 and beyond.

We’ll unpick 2020 and put the year away and through a series of exercises, thoughts and journaling prompts, we’ll get clear on what’s important in 2021 and how you can achieve your goals, one step at a time.
