Two-hour Interactive Workshop

To help you get fired up and ready to grow as a team we’re offering a brand-new two-hour workshop. It includes three practical ‘neurobic’ workouts to energise and stimulate our brains as well as plenty of networking and discussion time.

It is facilitated in an inspiring, fun and focused style, creating a positive environment to stretch and fire up our team energy and spirit. The workshop includes:

1: Resilience – Tips for handling pressure, setback, disruption & challenge Celebrating success with STAR stories.

2: Teamship – The benefits of working well with different styles and characters The 4 Communication Styles – what’s our team mix?

3: Storytelling – The power of stories to connect, engage and progress change Frameworks.

The Wishfish Team will facilitate the sessions. Working with teams from all different industries, they are passionate about helping organisations thrive through empowered and confident leaders. Always with wellbeing at the heart.
