It’s rather astonishing how swiftly summer has arrived! It feels like a blink of an eye, doesn’t it? One moment, we’re contemplating the onset of warmer weather, and suddenly, here we are in the midst of it.
However, this summer might carry a distinct hue. Consider it: 16 months have drifted by with the omnipresence of COVID altering our daily lives. Despite the initial anticipation of lifting all restrictions back in June, here we find ourselves halfway through the season, still awaiting the arrival of the much-anticipated ‘new normal.’
