In order to open your mind to new beginnings we have to at first let go of what may not be serving us well and “put an end to it”. So, if we want to create new beginnings and embrace opportunities and possibilities we have to go through a period of adjustment. The phrase “Let Go to Let Come” is being about to work through the transition from ending, loss and letting go, through to the exploration phase and finally to the new beginnings phase, embodying what it is important to you now.
To move through this transition we have to embrace an Open Mind – which is accepting our past for what it is; suspending any judgement we may have about ourselves and start to see things with fresh eyes where we can redirect our energies towards our new beginning. Opening our Heart is where we can sense more about what’s going on around us. This for me is where we find ourselves being curious in understanding who we are, what matters to us now, what we want our life to be about and being mindful of our thoughts and feelings. Being able to create choice and have a sense of freedom from our post patterns, habits and things that aren’t serving us well today enables us to be really present and able to let new ideas and thoughts to come.
To be able to take action and create our new beginning we have to have an Open Will – this is where we want to make a difference, we want to embrace the change, we want to learn new ways of being, our mind and heart are open and with a sense of hope, excitement, trust and enthusiasm we can embody our new way of being and commit to our new start. Set your intent and consciously decide on what you want to create and with your imagination and creativity plan big.
Whilst change may be super-fast how we transition can be slower. Being able to set milestones along the way can remind us how we can generate the energy and momentum to keep going. Having an optimistic outlook enables us to deal with any challenges that we may be faced with. Demonstrating a level of resilience, determination and belief in what we can do is also key in moving to our own beat. Being kind to ourselves as we take this step where we can operate from us as a “whole” is fundamental to living a great life.
Allow for the flow in your life and tune into the Hokey Cokey beat – one moment we are in and then we are out and then we are in again………be ready to explore and allow your mind to be open to new ways of thinking. Then, listen to your heart and go forward with an unwavering desire, commitment and belief in choosing to embrace the power you have to create new beginnings.
